I help home services companies — pest control, lawn care, and field service operators — scale their operations through strategic project management and deep PestRoutes & FieldRoutes expertise.
I'm a project manager with five years of experience leading technical and operational initiatives across enterprise environments. I have taken charge of numerous projects, ranging from API integrations and CRM implementations to the rebranding of acquisitions and the establishment of new branches, as well as contact center transformations — always with a focus on delivering on time, keeping stakeholders aligned, and making sure the work actually sticks after launch.
My approach is straightforward: define the scope clearly, communicate proactively, and treat every risk as something to solve before it becomes a problem. I've signed off projects with C-suite sponsors, navigated legal compliance requirements, coordinated cross-functional teams of 10+, and built governance frameworks that outlast the project itself.
I work with home services companies, multi-branch operators, and growing field service businesses — bringing the structure, PestRoutes expertise, and PM discipline to turn operational chaos into delivered results. I'm also building toward a government contracting practice for public sector clients.
Real work. Real stakeholders. Real sign-offs.
The CEO tasked me with evaluating PestPac as a replacement for FieldRoutes across the commercial team. Using the gap analysis from Phase 1 as the foundation, I conducted a full side-by-side comparison — features, risks, API access limitations, migration complexity, and total cost of ownership.
Led a full discovery of the commercial team's CRM gaps, identified which FieldRoutes features could address them, and managed the implementation. This work directly informed the $360K savings decision — and the features are still used by the commercial team today.
Phased rollout of NICE CXOne across all contact center departments with AI auto-summarization pushing call notes directly to customer records. Managed a 2-week Hypercare period with vendor Tech Mahindra — diagnosed and eliminated a critical 45-second latency defect post-launch.
Led a two-track automation program to eliminate manual lead entry and achieve sub-one-minute lead response times. Track A automated website leads (HelloYou → PestRoutes → NICE dialer). Track B expanded the pipeline to third-party vendors with TCPA compliance filtering and a formal vendor governance framework — coordinating IT, Legal, Marketing, and Contact Center across both tracks simultaneously.
Managed the end-to-end IT standup for a new Moxie branch in Seattle — simultaneously configuring PestRoutes, Zendesk, NICE, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Fleetio, EZ Office, AskNicely, and SeeMeSign. Maintained a formal change log, documented lessons learned, and delivered full operational readiness across all systems on time.
Led the IT integration of three acquired Joshua's Pest Control branches (St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago) into Moxie's brand and systems. Coordinated rebranding across PestRoutes, AskNicely, and Dispatch — including contract language updates with Legal, payment processor reconfiguration, and re-recording of 7 customer voice messages across all branches.
Coordinated a company-wide API key refresh across all applications and branch locations — requiring simultaneous vendor cutover to prevent disruption. When a FieldRoutes-side error triggered an outage, the pre-built risk mitigation plan enabled fast rollback with minimal business impact. Built a ClickUp-based tracking system and documented the full process for IT.
Scoped and chartered a self-service rescheduling web app to reduce call center volume. Defined phase boundaries, coordinated the external developer, established formal QA and testing frameworks, and locked scope with three executive sponsors before development began.
Every engagement is different — so rather than rigid packages, I work with clients to scope what's actually needed. Not sure where to start? A 60-minute PestRoutes consulting call is available any time at $75–$100/hr.
Stuck on a PestRoutes or FieldRoutes issue? Book a focused 60-minute call and walk away with a clear answer — no project required. Ideal for configuration questions, troubleshooting, or figuring out how to approach a new feature.
From charter to closeout — scope, plan, risk, stakeholders, and delivery. I own the finish line.
SOPs, workflow guides, and handoff materials so teams operate independently after launch.
Bridging IT, operations, and leadership on technical projects — keeping builds accountable and stakeholders informed.
As a certified ClickUp Expert, I build workspaces around how your team actually works — not generic templates.
Structured delivery for public sector work. Airtight documentation, clear accountability, and compliance awareness from day one. Your project stays on scope, on schedule, and audit-ready.
Need a PM partner month to month? Retainer engagements are available for companies that want ongoing project management, PestRoutes support, and operational oversight without the overhead of a full-time hire.
